Song Seung-heon, Seo Ji-hye share a meal in stills from new food romance drama

MBC’s upcoming drama Shall We Eat Dinner Together? released the first stills of its lead actors Song Seung-heon and Seo Ji-hye.

The drama is based on a webtoon of the same name and tells the story of two people who fall in love after eating dinner together a few times. The two have suffered from past relationships but through their shared love of food, they learn to feel love again.

The first stills from the drama feature the lead actors. Song Seung-heon and Seo Ji-hye are seen sitting in a restaurant together, sharing food and drink. They appear comfortable with each other but do not even know each other’s names.

Seo Ji-hye, meanwhile, plays a YouTube channel’s planning team member who loves her job. Song’s character is aloof and Seo’s has forgotten how to feel love after several bad relationships.

Shall We Eat Dinner Together? is scheduled to premiere in May as a Monday-Tuesday drama, following Lee Joon-hyuk and Nam Ji-hyun’s 365: Repeat the Year.
