Seo Kang-joon, Park Min-young offered lead roles in new JTBC drama

Seo Kang-joon and Park Min-young have been courted to star in the new JTBC drama I’ll Go To You When The Weather Is Nice.

JTBC stated on August 6 that Seo Kang-joon and Park Min-young are “positively considering” to appear in the drama, which is based on a popular romance novel of the same title.

Seo Kang-joon has been offered the role of Eun Seob, a man who runs a small bookstore and is described as honest about his feelings. The actor is starring in the ongoing OCN thriller Watcher along with Han Suk-kyu and Kim Hyung-joo.

Meanwhile, Park Min-young is in talks to play Hae Won, an art teacher who has went through a painful past. The actress was last seen playing a lead role in Her Private Life opposite Kim Jae-wook.

I’ll Go To You When The Weather Is Nice is set to be broadcast in the first half of 2020.
