Park Ha-na joins Song Seung-heon in new tvN drama ‘The Great Show’

Rising actress Park Ha-na (Mysterious Personal Shopper, Lingerie Girls’ Generation) has been cast in the upcoming tvN drama titled The Great Show, which revolves around a former member of the National Assembly who tries his best to get his seat back in the government as he lives with his four problematic siblings.

Song Seung-heon (The Player) will play the main character, named Wi Dae-han, opposite Lee Sun-bin, Noh Jung-ui, and Im Joo-hwan. Meanwhile, Park Ha-na took on the role of Kim Hye-jin, a woman who strives to become the main anchor of a broadcasting company. She is an ambitious woman who wants to surpass her seniors colleagues and quickly reach new heights in her career. Wi Dae-han is her ex-boyfriend, and she is expected to be cold and chic when she is around him.

Park Ha-na was last seen in Love in Sadness, where she displayed her stellar acting skills despite her minor role in the drama. The actress is known for her performances in the daily drama Apgujeong Midnight Sun and short series Lingerie Girls’ Generation. She is also starring in MBC’s new drama Different Dreams as a member of a secret organization who puts her own life at stake to free Joseon from Japanese invaders.

The Great Show is written by Seol Joon-seok of Ad Genius Lee Tae-baek and Bad Housewife and directed by Shin Young-hwi of Hide And Seek. It is scheduled to premiere in the second half of the year.
