‘One Spring Night’ poster shows Jung Hae-in, Han Ji-min looking at someone in library

One Spring Night has released its first poster on May 3, featuring lead actors Jung Hae-in and Han Ji-min and giving the fans a glimpse into the background of Han’s character.

The upcoming romantic Korean drama tells the story of two people whose uneventful lives are livened up by an unexpected love that forces them to seek their real romantic desires. Han Ji-min (The Light In Your Eyes) plays Lee Jung-in, a librarian in pursuit of her happiness, while Jung Hae-in (Something In The Rain) plays pharmacist Yoo Ji-ho who has a warm heart but tends to be uptight especially when it comes to his emotions and decisions.

In the new poster, Han Ji-min seems to be looking for someone or something as she walks along the aisle of the library. Meanwhile, Jung Hae-in peeks at someone through a bookcase with excitement in his eyes. The setting of the poster could be the workplace of Han Ji-min’s character.

One Spring Night is another collaborative work between director Ahn Pan-seok and writer Kim Eun who worked together to produce the award-winning drama Something in the Rain which was also headlined by Jung Hae-in. The series, which was picked up by Netflix, will premiere on MBC this coming May 22. It is one of the record 10 Korean dramas that will premiere in May 2019.

Meanwhile, Han Ji-min recently won Best Actress in film in the 55th Baeksang Arts Awards for her performance in Miss Baek while Kim Hye-ja, her co-star in The Light In Your Eyes, won the Grand Prize in TV.
