‘My Ajusshi’ given 90-minute runtime for final episode

PD Kim Won-suk of tvN drama My Ajusshi or My Mister announced on May 15 that the final episode of the series will take one hour and 30 minutes to finish. The series will also be broadcast 10 minutes ahead of its broadcast time (9:30 pm) to accommodate the said extension.

The director said that the final episode of the series will deal with the remaining stories of the major characters so he needed 90 minutes to deliver a finale that is complete and satisfying to the audience. He also thanked the audience for their interest in a story about people who are searching for the meaning of a happy life and encouraged everyone to watch the final episode, saying that he will do his best to meet the viewers’ expectation.

My Ajusshi tells the story of three middle-aged men and one young woman who are enduring the weight of their lives. The series received high viewership, the latest figure of which stands at a whopping 6.468 percent.
