‘Love With Flaws’ actor Cha In-ha found dead

Rookie actor and SURPRISE U member Cha In-ha, who is one of the supporting cast members of the ongoing drama Love In Flaws, was found dead in his home by his manager on Tuesday. He was 27.

The police are still investigating what happened and Cha In-ha’s management agency, Fantagio, has yet to release an official statement about his death.

Cha In-ha’s death comes in the wake of the passing of K-pop artists Sulli and Goo Hara in October and November, respectively.

In the romantic comedy Love In Flaws starring Oh Yeon-seo and Ahn Jae-hyun, Cha In-ha is playing the role of Joo Won-suk, the younger brother of Oh Yeon-seo’s character.

Cha In-ha made his TV acting debut in 2017 when he played a minor role in Temperature Of Love. He had since portrayed supporting characters in many dramas, such as Queen Of Mystery 2 (2018), Wok of Love (2018), Are You Human Too? (2018), Clean With Passion For Now (2018-2019), and The Banker (2019).

Update: Fantagio has released its official statement regarding Cha In-ha’s passing, saying it feels devastated and heartbroken to deliver the sad news to everyone. The statement also mentioned that Cha In-ha’s family want his funeral to be held privately. There was no mention of the cause of his death pending the result of the police investigation.
