Lee Si-hoon to star in upcoming rom-com drama ‘Please Don’t Meet Him’

Actor Lee Si-hoon has been cast in the new MBC every1 drama Please Don’t Meet Him, his agency Management Redwoods confirmed on October 13.

Please Don’t Meet Him will follow the story of Seo Ji-sung (Song Ha-yoon, Devilish Charm), a programmer who works for a company that develops smart appliances. One of Ji-sung’s life goals is to fall in love but without having to go through dating all the wrong men. By accident, she creates Cho Sang-shin, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered refrigerator who can identify people who have less-than-stellar traits. Throughout the course of finding the perfect love life and sparing people from bad relationships, she comes across Jung Kook-hee (Lee Jun-young, Good Casting), a firefighter with no social media presence, making him unfit to be analyzed by Cho Sang-shin.

Lee Si-hoon, who last graced the small screen in Forest (2019) and Men Are Men (2020), will suit up as Bang Jung-han. Jung-han is a dentist who used to be engaged to Ji-sung. However, he committed a mistake before their wedding, costing his relationship. With the actor’s commendable performance in past projects, the viewers can look forward to a notable portrayal of his character in the upcoming drama.

Please Don’t Meet Him (also known as Please Don’t Meet the Man) is slated to air in November on MBC and MBC every1.
