OCN’s upcoming time-crossing series Times has released its main poster featuring lead stars Lee Seo-jin, Lee Joo-young, and Kim Yeong-cheol.
Times is a fantasy-political drama that follows two reporters from different timelines, Seo Jung-in (Lee Joo-young, Itaewon Class) from the year 2020 and Lee Jin-woo (Lee Seo-jin, Trap) from the year 2015, who are able to communicate through mysterious phone calls. Armed with an uncanny opportunity, Jung-in enlists the help of Jin-woo to prevent the death of her father, South Korea’s president Seo Gi-tae (Kim Yeong-cheol, My Country: The New Age), only to come face to face with the dangerous truth as they go.
In the poster, Lee Jin-woo and Seo Jung-in are standing on opposite sides of the frame, while Seo Gi-tae is sitting at the center, with a mysterious light reflecting on his body that could symbolize the chances of life and death he has between the two timelines. As the nation’s leader who bears the truth, Jung-in and Jin-woo will have to work together against time to save him.
Times’s production crew shared, “The released main poster shows the protagonists who will lead the chaotic time-warp [series]. From its first broadcast, [the viewers will witness] the search of these three people towards the truth without fail. We ask for your anticipation and interest in its premiere, [especially in] what kind of truth [the characters] will have to face over the five-year gap and what hidden story is in that truth.”
Times is set to air as a Saturday-Sunday drama beginning February 20 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
