Kwon Yul joins cast of ‘Dal-ri and Gamjatang’

KBS2’s new Wednesday and Thursday drama Dal-ri and Gamjatang announced on April 20, “Kwon Yul will join Kim Min-jae and Park Gyu-young in the drama.”

Dal-ri and Gamjatang is a romantic comedy that will tell the love story of two very opposite people. Taking center stage are Kim Min-jae (Do You Like Brahms?) and Park Gyu-young (Sweet Home) as a food corporation director and a researcher from an affluent family, respectively, who will fall for each other despite their differences. Kwon Yul (No, Thank You) will be joining the drama as the second love interest of Park’s character, Kim Dal-ri, creating a love triangle among the three. Kwon is set to play Jang Tae-jin, the head of the Segi Group Planning and Coordination Office. He is intelligent, caring, and has a deep understanding of art. He also has a past relationship with Dal-ri.

The production crew said, “Alongside Kim Min-jae and Park Gyu-young, Kwon Yul has also confirmed as part of the cast. We look forward to the viewers taking interest in Dal-ri and Gamjatang, which will be aired in the second half of this year.”

Dal-ri and Gamjatang will begin filming this April.

It was Princess Lulu who first introduced her to Korean dramas but it was Yoon Ji-hoo from Boys Over Flowers who enticed her to stay in K-dramaland. She writes news and features for Kdramapal, which combines two of her most favorite things in the world—writing and K-dramas (look who's living the dream). The name Luna literally translates to "moon" and nothing special; she just likes writing at night.
