Kim Soo-hyun to make cameo appearance in ‘Crash Landing On You’

Kim Soo-hyun will have another special appearance in a popular drama. After making a cameo appearance in Hotel del Luna last year, the actor is now confirmed to do the same in Son Ye-jin and Hyun-bin’s Crash Landing On You.

A tvN official revealed that Crash Landing On You writer Park Ji-eun personally asked Kim Soo-hyun to appear in her drama. Park wrote My Love From Another Star (2013-3014), a fantasy romance series that launched Kim Soo-hyun into international stardom. The actor and screenwriter also previously worked together in The Producers (2015).

As of last week, Kim Soo-hyun was finalizing the filming schedule for his appearance. Meanwhile, the details of his cameo role have been kept under wraps.

Kim Soo-hyun is expected to headline a new drama this year. He is in talks to star in Psycho But It’s Okay, the newest project from PD Park Shin-woo of Encounter (2018-2019) and Jealousy Incarnate (2016). The series revolves around the unusual romance between a psychiatric ward health worker and a writer with an anti-social personality disorder. If Kim accepts, it will be his first drama in almost five years since The Producers.
