Actors Kim Hye-soo and Kim Mu-yeol have been offered roles in the upcoming Netflix drama Juvenile Judgement.
Juvenile Judgement (literal title) will revolve around a judge who gets appointed to a juvenile court. The catch, however, is that she hates juvenile offenders because she was the victim of one. However, as she hears cases involving young offenders, she discovers the many struggles of young adulthood.
On November 10, agencies of both Kim Hye-soo and Kim Mu-yeol confirmed that they were reviewing the script for the drama. Kim has been offered the main role of Shim Eun-seok, a fierce and arrogant judge who has become cold in her race to reach the top in her profession. Incidentally, Kim’s last appearance was also in the legal drama Hyena (2020).
Kim Mu-yeol, on the other hand, has been offered the role of a good-looking judge who overcame poverty and an impoverished environment to become a judge after taking the high school certification. Kim’s last drama appearance was three years ago in Bad Guys: Vile City (2017).
Juvenile Judgement will be directed by Hong Jong-chan, who is known for dramas like Her Private Life (2019), Life (2018), and Dear My Friends (2016).
