Kim Ha-neul, Lee Do-hyun courted for JBTC drama ‘Eighteen Again’

Kim Ha-neul and Lee Do-hyun might team up in the upcoming JTBC drama Eighteen Again.

Their respective agencies announced on December 6 that they are in talks to star in Eighteen Again, which will be helmed by PD Ha Byung-hoon of the time-slip romance drama Go Back Couple (2017) and Korean Netflix original series The Sound Of Your Heart (2016-2017). The drama is aiming for broadcast in the second half of 2020.

Kim Ha-neul

Kim Ha-neul was last seen starring in the romantic melodrama The Wind Blows (2019) opposite Kam Woo-sung. The veteran actress previously headlined On The Way To The Airport (2016) and Gentleman’s Dignity (2012).

On the other hand, if Lee Do-hyun accepts the offer, Eighteen Again will mark his first lead role in a drama. The budding actor made his debut in the 2017 black comedy Prison Playbook and went on to appear in Still 17 (2018) and Clean With Passion For Now (2018-2019). In 2019, he played more supporting roles in Hotel del Luna, one of this year’s highest-rated Korean dramas, and The Great Show.
