KBS releases “Manhole: Feel So Good” script reading photos

KBS released today the photos that were taken during the first script reading of its upcoming time-slip drama Manhole: Feel So Good starring  JYJ’s Kim Jae-joongUee, Jung Hye-seong, and B1A4’s Baro. The script reading for the drama took place June 29, 2017, at KBS Annex Broadcasting Station in Yeouido, South Korea.

Manhole: Feel So Good (also known as Manhole: Wonderland’s Feel) is a fantasy comedy drama that revolves around an unemployed young man named Bong Pil. He travels back in time in an attempt to stop the marriage of his crush that is scheduled to happen one week from the present time. JYJ’s Kim Jae-joong (Spy) will play the lead character while Uee (Night Light) will portray Kang Soo-jin, his childhood crush who does not acknowledge his love for her. Baro (The Master of Revenge), meanwhile, will play Bong Pil’s close friend named Jo Suk-tae whom Bong Pil considers just his sidekick. Jung Hye-seong (Chief Kim) completes the main cast but the details of her character are not released yet.

The upcoming series marks Kim Jae-joong’s first drama in two years after he starred in the 2015 KBS’s action thriller, Spy. Meanwhile, his co-stars Baro and Uee starred in The Master of Revenge and Night Light, respectively, which both aired in 2016. Jung Hye-seong also starred in a 2016 drama, Remember: War of the Sons, but she recently played a role in the hit KBS drama Chief Kim

Manhole: Feel So Good is written by TEN 2 screenwriter Lee Jae-gon and will be directed by Love and Secret PD Park Man-young. It will air on August 9, following Seven Day Queen on the Wednesday-Thursday stime slot.
