Jang Na-ra’s lovely transformation revealed in ‘Oh My Baby’s’ new stills

tvN’s upcoming rom-com Oh My Baby has released new stills featuring its leading lady, Jang Na-ra, in a wedding ceremony!

Oh My Baby tells the story of Jang Ha-ri (Jang Na-ra), a career-driven woman working as a department head of a parenting magazine. While already a woman of career, talent, and good looks, she wants just one more thing—a child of her own, sans the relationship and marriage. But despite her ultimate life goal, she has given up on love. So when freelance photographer Han I-sang (Go Joon), pediatrician Yoon Jae-young (Park Byung-eun), and co-worker and rookie employee Choi-Kang Eu-ddeum (Jung Gun-joo) suddenly walk into her life and make her heart flutter, she is sent on a tailspin romance.

In the newly dropped stills, Jang looks bright-eyed and radiant as she holds a bouquet in one photo and a microphone in the next. In the last image, she is seen hugging the bride tightly in front of the cheering wedding guests.

The images spark anticipation and excitement for her sweet rendition of trot singer Hong Jin-young’s Love Battery, which she has supposedly chosen herself for the drama.

In 2001, Jang made her debut in the entertainment industry as a singer and rose to fame with her 2002 song Sweet Dream. She was cast in her first leading role in the 2002 SBS drama Bright Girl’s Success. To date, she has over 14 dramas under her belt. She most recently starred in the 2019 SBS drama VIP opposite Lee Sang-yoon.

Oh My Baby is directed by Nam Ki-hoon (Voice 3) and written by No Sun-jae. It is set to premiere on May 13 as a Wednesday-Thursday drama.
