Infinite’s L sings “The Nights That I Miss You” for ‘Angel’s Last Mission: Love’ OST

INFINITE member and actor L (Kim Myung-soo) is not just starring in the currently airing drama Angel’s Last Mission: Love. He is also singing an original soundtrack for the series titled “The Nights That I Miss You,” which got released today on various online music sites.

A combination of beautiful piano and string melody, “The Nights That I Miss You” is a ballad featuring Dan’s affectionate heart towards Lee Yeon-seo. In the series, L is playing an angel named Dan who needs to find love for the professional ballerina Lee Yeon-seo (played Shin Hye-sun) so that he can return to heaven. Now on its third week, the drama tells the love story of the two characters, as Dan will fall in love with her in the middle of his special mission.

L sang sadly the feelings of Dan with his gentle and calm voice. “The Nights That I Miss You” is the third part of Angel’s Last Mission: Love OST, following the release of “A Welcome Rain” by Lee Moon-sae and “Oh My Angel” by Lee Soo-jung on May 22 and May 30, respectively.

Meanwhile, the new song marks L’s third participation in a drama soundtrack. He first recorded a song (“Love U Like U”) in 2012 for his drama Shut Up Flower Boy Band, alongside singer Lim Kim. This was followed by “It’s Okay Even If It’s Not Me” in 2017 which he sang for Ruler: Master Of The Mask, a historical drama in which he also starred in.

Angel’s Last Mission: Love airs on KBS2 every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 p.m. Korean Standard Time.
