‘Hospital Playlist’ releases second teaser, confirms premiere date

Hospital Playlist has dropped its second teaser and shared the first look at the main characters of the drama.

Previously called Wise Doctor Life, Hospital Playlist stars Jo Jung-suk (Nokdu Flower), Yoo Yeon-seok (Mr. Sunshine), Jung Kyung-ho (When The Devil Calls Your Name), Kim Dae-myung (The Sound of Your Heart), and Jeon Mi-do (Mother). It will tell the stories of five doctors who first met as classmates in a medical school in the year 1999. In the present, the five friends work together in the same hospital and through them, the stories of doctors, nurses, and patients at a hospital will be explored in the series.

The 30-second teaser features all the previous dramas of director Shin Won-ho and writer Lee Woo-jung. Posters of Reply 1997, Reply 1994, Reply 1988, and Prison Playbook are shown on an X-ray screen accompanied by each drama’s theme music. Finally, the music changes to what can be assumed is Hospital Playlist‘s OST. The five leading actors, dressed in hospital uniforms, then appear and smile at the camera.

With this teaser, tvN also confirmed the premiere date of this highly anticipated drama—March 12! Hospital Playlist will air every Thursday at 9 p.m. Korean Standard Time.

Meanwhile, here is the first teaser of the drama which highlights some of the hospital scenes in the previous dramas of PD Shin Won-ho.
