Crash Landing on You tells the story of a North Korean soldier and a South Korean heiress as they fight for their love amid the conflict between their motherlands. The drama features two of the biggest stars in the country, Hyun Bin (Memories of the Alhambra) and Son Ye-jin (Something in the Rain).

The drama was released globally through Netflix. It gained immense popularity and caused the fourth Hallyu (Korean wave) in Japan.

Production companies Pop Music and T2N Media have already signed a global copyright contract with Crash Landing on You‘s production company, Studio Dragon. Pop Music CEO Kim Jin-seok said, “We have completed the copyright contract [deal] with Studio Dragon, and we are going to select major staff members and start casting actors. Inquiries from many actors and overseas production companies are ongoing.”

Luna

It was Princess Lulu who first introduced her to Korean dramas but it was Yoon Ji-hoo from Boys Over Flowers who enticed her to stay in K-dramaland. She writes news and features for Kdramapal, which combines two of her most favorite things in the world—writing and K-dramas (look who's living the dream). The name Luna literally translates to "moon" and nothing special; she just likes writing at night.
