Heo Joon-ho in talks to join ‘Why Oh Soo-jae?’

Veteran actor Heo Joon-ho (Undercover) is reviewing a new potential drama project!

On July 22, his agency Story J Company told the media, “Heo Joon-ho has received an offer to appear in SBS’s new drama Why Oh Soo-jae? and is considering it.”

Why Oh Soo-jae? depicts the story of a woman who falls for a younger man and ends up changing her life. In the process, she learns the proper way of loving and taking care of herself. It was previously reported that actress Seo Hyun-jin (You Are My Spring) had been roped in to play the titular role of Oh Soo-jae, a law professor who dreams of success.

Bae In-hyuk (At a Distance, Spring Is Green) has been confirmed as a cast member, while Hwang In-yeop (True Beauty) has been courted to join the drama.

Why Oh Soo-jae? is helmed by Park Soo-jin of Dr. Romantic (2016–2017) and penned by Lie After Lie (2020) screenwriter Kim Ji-eun. It is slated to air as a 2022 drama.

Luna

It was Princess Lulu who first introduced her to Korean dramas but it was Yoon Ji-hoo from Boys Over Flowers who enticed her to stay in K-dramaland. She writes news and features for Kdramapal, which combines two of her most favorite things in the world—writing and K-dramas (look who's living the dream). The name Luna literally translates to "moon" and nothing special; she just likes writing at night.
