Go Won-hee begs Eric Mun for food in teaser for ‘Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon’

Channel A dropped a colorful teaser for its upcoming drama Yoobyeolna! Chef Moon starring Shinhwa’s Eric Mun and Go Won-hee.

The romantic comedy stars Eric (Another Miss Oh) as a famous chef named Moon Seung-mo, who moves to a village in search of a quiet life after losing his parents in a fire accident. Go Won-hee (Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency) plays renowned fashion designer Yoo Bella, who loses her memory in a car accident. She becomes an eccentric wanderer and ends up at the same village as chef Moon Seung-mo, disrupting his peaceful life. Her penchant for troublemaking earns her the nickname Yoobyeolna, which is an expression used to address someone eccentric or quirky.

The 29-second teaser introduces the main characters, starting with the cold and arrogant Chef Moon, who is holding a rice paddle. Choi Kwang-je (Pegasus Market), who plays a 38-year-old unemployed man, clings to Eric’s leg and begs for food, only to get a slap in return. Go Won-hee and child actress Ko Do-yeon appear and also beg for food but they receive the same treatment as the last guy. The teaser ends with all three of them grabbing Eric’s legs, as the words “hectic, freeloading comedy” flash on the screen.

Channel A also released a poster and still images of the leading pair. In the still images, Eric is shown concentrating on his cooking with Go Won-hee hovering around him.

Meanwhile, the poster showcases the mountains and wide green fields of the village where the drama is set. The place is bright and sunny, with Eric and Go Won-hee walking on a narrow path surrounded by fields on both sides. The poster evokes a feeling of relaxation and healing that goes well with a romantic comedy.

The series will premiere on March 6 at 11 p.m. KST, replacing Jo Sang-wook and Kim Bora’s Touch.
