Go Kyung-pyo considers doctor role in ‘Cross: God’s gift’

Go Kyung-pyo is reviewing a proposal for him to play the main character in tvN’s new medical series Cross: God’s Gift. Media reports on September 20 stated that he was already cast in the drama but he refuted the claim and said that the offer is still under review by him and his agency, CL&Company. The upcoming drama will tell the story of a man who becomes a doctor to retaliate against the murderer who brutally killed his father. For this reason, he supports the medical clinic at the prison facility where the murderer is jailed.

The actor is currently playing a lead role in the KBS’s Friday-Saturday drama Strongest Deliveryman. He previously played major supporting roles in Chicago Typewriter, Jealousy Incarnate, and Reply 1988 and has since then receiving postitive reviews for his performance.

Meanwhile, veteran actor Cho Jae-hyun (Solomon’s Perjury) is also reviewing a major supporting role offered to him. No other details about the drama were revealed but Cross: God’s Gift’s production team is eyeing a broadcast in the first half of 2018.

Me? Just an ordinary lad with an extraordinary (says this something called 'stereotype') habit of watching Korean dramas. It started with action-filled City Hunter and the rest, as they say, is history.
