Han Suk-kyu as Do Chi-kwang, the leader of an anti-corruption team and an elite detective. When he finds out that the police force itself reeks of corruption, he strives to expose the bunch of crooks in the police organization.

Kim Hyun-joo as Han Tae-joo, a prosecutor who almost lost her life handling one of her many cases and has since set up her private law firm. She then finds herself working with the anti-corruption team.

Seo Kang-joon as Kim Young-goon, a patrol office who is warm and affectionate but pretends to be cold and unfriendly at work. He has a dark past he wants to erase from his memory.
