Synopsis

Duel is about a detective cop who has her daughter taken away from him by a mysterious guy. On the day of his meeting with the kidnapper to hand over the ransom, things did not go well and he sees the culprit and another guy who look exactly the same. Desperate to find his daughter, he works together with the wrongfully accused guy to track down the real kidnapper. He then learns later that the case is not just a simple kidnapping and the two men who have similar faces are human clones produced by an illegal experiment of a large pharmaceutical company.

Jung Jae-young as Jang Deuk-cheon. He had once lived in an area filled with low lives but is given the opportunity to change his life and become a detective. He struggles to save his daughter who got kidnapped.

Kim Jung-eun as Choi Jo-hye. She is an ambitious elite inspector who initially wanted to conceal the kidnap case.

Yang Se-jong as Lee Sung-joon. He is the “good” one of the two human clones and claims that the man with the same face as his made him a murderer. He is involved in Jang Deuk-cheon’s daughter kidnapping case

Yang Se-jong as Lee Sung-hoon. He is the evil counterpart of Lee Sung-joon, the one who commits a series of murders while taking the victims’ organs. He is together with Lee Sung-joon in the kidnapping case.

Seo Eun-soo as Ryu Mi-rae, a medical journalist.
