IMPORTANT: We prefer hiring applicants from the Philippines and other countries who can accept an initial monthly salary that ranges from US$400 to $600. Successful applicants can start work immediately.

1. Assistant Editor

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time & Home-based

DUTIES:

  1. Assist the Editor-in-chief (EIC) in editing news, features, and other content related to Korean dramas.
  2. Accomplish other tasks to be assigned by the EIC, which include but not limited to, writing articles and planning what content to publish on the site.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Passionate about Korean dramas
  2. Ability to produce well-written news and feature articles related to K-dramas
  3. Strong command of the English language
  4. Experience in professional writing and editing
  5. Computer and stable internet connection at home

2. News Writer-Translator

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time & Home-based

DUTIES:

  1. Translate Korean articles to English. The writer-translator does all the Korean-to-English translation work for the site.
  2. Write K-drama news articles.
  3. Create and update K-drama profiles, which are web pages that contain general information about K-dramas.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Passionate about Korean dramas
  2. Ability to produce well-written news articles about K-dramas
  3. Fluency in written and spoken Korean
  4. Strong command of the English language
  5. Experience in news writing and Korean-to-English translation
  6. Computer and stable internet connection at home

3. Marketing Assistant

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time & Home-based

DUTIES:

  1. Assists the Editor-in-chief (EIC) in doing all marketing tasks for the site, especially in social media marketing. The marketing assistant manages all the social network accounts of the website, namely Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Reddit. His/her main job is to raise brand awareness and boost brand engagement on social media.
  2. Accomplish other tasks to be assigned by the EIC, which include but not limited to, creating email newsletters, doing search engine optimization (SEO), and implementing different marketing strategies. Aside from the aforementioned social networks and their corresponding ads services, the marketing assistant must be familiar with the following:
    1. MailerLite or other email marketing services
    2. OneSignal or other push notifications apps
    3. Search Engine Optimization

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Passionate about Korean dramas
  2. Ability to produce viral content on social media
  3. Strong command of the English language
  4. Experience in marketing/promoting website content on social media
  5. Experience in creating and managing Facebook and Twitter ads
  6. Computer and stable internet connection at home
